In his day-to-day leadership role at twnetysix Digital, Mark develops his team members and invests in their growth as software developers.

Scott Reed is a highly experienced head of development with over 10 years of industry experience. His experiences range from agile technology driven solutions to e-commerce, property development, digital roadmaps, and more. Scott has also been an Optimizely MVP since 2019 in recognition of his specialist expertise and dedication to the community. He loves to not only deliver client’s digital strategy but also drive best practice and implement a DevOps culture for his digital agency, including implementing clean agile processes, efficient build pipelines, code reviews and mentality of forward thinking driven development reducing issues, cost and driving delivery. Scott's specialties include: ASP.NET/MVC/Web API/vNext, C#, SQL SERVER & Entity Framework, CMS Systems (Umbraco, Sitecore, EpiServer), SOLID & DI, Architecture, CRM & Payment integration, HTML5/JavaScript and SPA frameworks (Angular, Backbone, Knockout).
